Engineer & Product Design

Data Engineer

Requires expertise in ingesting and segmenting complex AR aging inventories by payer, aging bucket, and denial code. You must be able to build secure, HIPAA-compliant data pipelines that power our recovery tracking dashboards

Product Engineer

Focuses on building the internal tooling that automates our claim resolution workflows. You will develop systems to track appeal deadlines, document corrective actions, and flag timely filing risks to ensure operational efficiency.

Software and Design Engineer

Requires the ability to translate complex financial data into "clean, easy-to-read" client reports. You will design intuitive visualizations for "dollars recovered" and "denial trends" that allow clients to see their ROI instantly.

Operations

Billing and/or RCM Manager

Must possess deep hands-on experience with ATAP billing, session utilization, and authorization appeals. You will lead the execution of corrective actions and oversee the prioritization of high-dollar aged claims.

Client Relations

Requires exceptional communication skills to lead client kickoff calls and deliver Weekly Progress Reports. You must be able to translate technical denial data into clear, result-oriented updates that highlight "wins" and recovered revenue.

Strategy and Operations Leads

Focuses on performing Denial Root Cause Analysis to identify "preventable denials" like eligibility or auth errors. You will design and implement sustainable workflows that stop revenue leakage at the source.
